It is here that they have found hope, help and a pathway to Christian discipleship which makes a joyous and meaningful life possible, when life looked bleak.

Lovers Lane United Methodist Church looks a little different from most United Methodist Churches. And, it has a feeling of energy and excitement as persons of different life experiences and needs come together to ‘be’ a church which ministers to each other and to others they may never meet with the love of Christ. Lovers Lane UMC was originally built on Lovers Lane, but when the church quickly out-grew their new facilities, they had to relocate to build larger facilities. Fortunately, they kept the right name – Lovers Lane.
